Computational Omics Research Team
Team Outline
We are engaged in the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and fundamental informatics tools specialized for the bioindustry. Our work focuses on the analysis of molecular-level biological data--particularly DNA, RNA, and proteins, which are common to all living organisms. To effectively analyze such complex and large-scale omics data, we develop advanced algorithms for high-precision comparison and interpretation.
Importantly, we not only develop these foundational technologies but also apply them ourselves in research to uncover new biological insights--such as understanding disease mechanisms and cellular behaviors. In response to the rapid advancement of automation, IoT, and robotics, we also actively promote the integration of automated technologies in biological experimentation. This enables improved accuracy, accelerated data acquisition, and large-scale parallel testing, driving transformative change in both research and industry.
