<Windows>

[Network] shows network configurations built by SSS. Clicking states 
shows output distributions in the [Probabilities] window. Buttons 
represents (1) network configutraion initialiation, (2) configuration 
restoration, (3) sample file selection and (4) state transition 
investigation of each sample.

[Probabilities] shows the output distribution of the chosen state. 
Colors of amino acid characters are of the alignment editor in IFS. 
It also shows transition probabilities.

<hmnet>		select HMM network configuration data file

<exec>		execute one step of SSS (one split)

<seqdump>	stdout state transitions of all samples

<netsave>	save the current configuration

each state	display the output distribution of the state at the 
		[Probabilities] window; every clicking shows 
		different state transition probabilities and outputs.

<step>		stepwise execution of HMM learning

<split=>	split the selected (displayed) state
<split<>	(= parallel, > old-new, < new-old)
