Generation of huge bibliography database automatically from sequence database

We sometimes want to know part of or all of references appeared in a database. When number of cited references is huge, it is not easy to make a bibliography table. Program make_bib makes a bibliography database for BIBTeX [Lamport, 1995].

For example:
